Recon-Tactical is a privately owned retailer of Military and Tactical equipment and gear created to cater for all your tactical needs. From field equipment to uniforms and military/tactical gear, we have what you want and need. Recon-Tactical sells only the highest quality military/tactical gear to ensure quality of products and customer satisfaction. Recon Tactical is not responsible in any way for any typos or discrepancy of any kind, pricing, descriptions etc. We also reserve the right to pull any product at anytime for any reason whether it is on order advertised, discontinued, out of stock, manufacturers defect etc. All special orders cannot and will not be canceled and are non-returnable, they can only be exchanged for the exact same product due to manufacturer defects or sizing issues. Once a special order is ordered and paid for it is considered a purchase on the customers part. All orders that have been placed by the customer are charged immediately. This follows the terms and policies set by our payment gateway. All orders that have shipped/not shipped, and you would like to cancel for any reason are subject to a 25% cancellation fee which is calculated by the entire order amount charged. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Individual items that may be on back order and you wish to cancel off of your order are also subject to a 25% cancellation fee for the particular item. If you would like to replace the back ordered item with an alternate item the 25% cancellation fee is non applicable. If an order is pending please contact us, one or more of your items may be out of stock or on a manufacturers back order. If you are in a rush for your order, we do suggest you contact us prior to placing your order so that we can inform you ahead of time of any back orders and give you release dates if available. Emails and phone messages are responded to in the order in which they are received. Typically this means between 24-48 hours during business days and hours. At times we get very busy and are not always able to respond to your emails or messages right away. But we will do our best to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. At times our email and website may go down for for unexpected reasons, this includes our phone lines. Please bare with use and try both forms of communications. We will eventually get back with you. Under no circumstances will Recon-Tactical deal with and vulgar or unprofessional language over the phone, email or other wise. We try to keep a high level of professionalism, we ask that our customers do the same. Remember how you would like to be treated and treat others in the same manner. All orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase excluding holidays and non business days. If an item is on back order you will know this prior to ordering the product. Once a product is put into your cart, it will have *** in red noting that it is not in stock. At times, an item can show that it is in stock, but in fact the system has not yet updated to show that it is out of stock. When you place an order and your order is goes on back order due to an item or items not being in stock, your order will not ship until your order is completed. Once the product(s) that have been on back order are received, your order will ship via the method you paid for. Please provide accurate information for shipping and billing as this will aid Recon-Tactical in getting your purchase to you quickly.
Recon-Tactical inspects each product that comes into our inventory. We also inspect each product before we package and ship to you. Occasionally something may slip past us. If you receive the wrong product, we ask that you package the product in the manner in which you received it and we will have it picked up at no cost to you (US orders only). We will then send out the correct item to you at no additional charge for shipping. We make good on our mistakes. If you order something, receive it and wish to return it for any reason, you must package the product in the manner in which it was received. You are responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Items returned must be in New non used condition as does the packaging or it cannot be returned. If you need or wish to return a product or exchange a product, you must contact us prior to sending out your package. An RMA number or (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued to you that you will need to clearly mark on the outside of the package. Also we strongly suggest that you send your package back so that it is traceable and it is insured. If you send a package back and it is not received or it is damaged, we cannot and will not take responsibility and will not be able to issue a return or exchange. No body armor can be returned and no order for armor can be canceled once placed. It can only be exchanged for sizing issues or manufactures defects and must be exchanged for the same item. This includes Helmets and all soft and hard armor including shields and face shields. Also all returns must be received by Recon-Tactical within 2 weeks of customers received date. If a package is received on the first of the month by the customer, it must be returned to Recon-Tactical no later than the 14th of that month. If an order is going to a P.O. Box, APO or International address it cannot have a tracking lable placed on the package, Recon-Tactical is not responsible for any missed deliveries, non deliveries, damaged or other wise. Once a package leaves Recon-Tactical the product(s) are no longer Recon-Tacticals responsibliliy and all claims must be filed with USPS by the customer. At that point the product can be reordered. Orders are not insured by Recon-Tactical, if a customer wishes to have a package insured, they must contact Recon-Tactical directly to pay for insurance and make there request.
