Awesome product!!!
I have tried the SERPA level 1, 2 and 3 holsters. The 1 is the way to go if you're using it in a combat situation. With the way tactical shooting courses are going, and since the freaking Army won't let you carry an M-9 on fire with one in the chamber, you have to learn to place the M-9 on fire with your thumb while simultaneously drawing it from the holster. With the level 2 or 3 you can't do that because the decocking lever is shielded by the plastic! So get the level 1 if you want the best one for combat. Retention was never a question in my mind. You can literally have four guys (two on each side) trying to yank the weapon from the holster. it's just not going to happen. .
