Using a higher grade of nylon does not lead to greater weight; due to our design these pouches are ounces lighter than comparable products from weaker fabrics.  Over six years of discussion with soldiers in the field we have learned that “when pounds count ounces matter.”

You will notice that each seam is double-stitched. This equates to longer durability and greater overall strength of the pouch.  This also contributes to longer product life.

Every product has been designed with the soldier in mind:  performance is high speed and low drag.   Current manufactures of pouches aim for secure retention of the magazine- over time this leads to increased wear and tear, need for visual guidance of magazine insertion and removal, and shorter product lifespan.  Our pouches are designed around their contents, making for quicker load times and decreased fatigue on the soldier and product.  This decreases reaction time and allows for the elimination of all visual guidance while using these pouches.

The drop leg panel has a unique construction which begins with the elimination of extra leg straps.  We utilize one strap around the leg which decreases weight, stress, and tension on the leg.  This makes for quicker donning and doffing.  The panel attaches via a low IR quick release buckle to the chest rig, instead of the operators pant/duty belt.

The MOLLE/PALs webbing on the front of the quick disconnect piece assures that no space is lost on the chest rig.  Simply weave the quick disconnect (Female Buckle in picture) anywhere on your vest or chest rig and you can place more pouches over it.  This piece remains on your vest or chest rig at all times.  We have also eliminated the padding in the drop leg all together, the padding really servers no purpose on our platform.  Traditionally padding was put into a platform to create less wobble when pouches were mounted.  Due to our unique design we eliminate any wobble or movement once pouches are placed on the platform.  The elimination of the foam inside also decreases weight, heat generation which promotes sweating which turn into heat blisters after prolonged wear.
