All orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase excluding holidays and non business days. If an item is on back order you will know this prior to ordering the product. Once a product is put into your cart, it will have *** in red noting that it is not in stock. At times, an item can show that it is in stock, but infact the system has not yet updated to show that it is out of stock. Please provide accurate information for shipping and billing as this will aid Recon-Tactical in getting your purchase to you quickly.
Recon-Tactical inspects each product that comes into our inventory. We also inspect each product before we package and ship to you. Occasionally something may slip past us. If you receive the wrong product, we ask that you package the product in the manner in which you received it and we will have it picked up at no cost to you (US orders only). We will then send out the correct item to you at no additional charge for shipping. We make good on our mistakes. If you order something, receive it and wish to return it for any reason, you must first contact us via email or phone so that we can issue an RTV Number to you. This number will be posted to your order history which will then be automatically emailed to you. No returns will be accepted without this number clearly written on the outside of the package. All items must be in brand new condition, any product damaged, worn, used etc. Will not be accepted for a return or exchange. You must package the product in the manner in which it was received. You are responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We do recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and insurance to ensure your return does reach us. Without a delivery confirmation and insurance, if the package should not arrive or arrive damaged, we cannot issue a credit. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date. After 14 days we do not accept returns. All sales items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an order is going to a P.O. Box, APO or International address it cannot have a tracking label placed on the package, Recon-Tactical is not responsible for any missed deliveries, non deliveries, damaged or other wise. Once a package leaves Recon-Tactical the product(s) are no longer Recon-Tacticals responsibliliy and all claims must be filed with USPS by the customer. At that point the product can be reordered. Orders are not insured by Recon-Tactical, if a customer wishes to have a package insured, they must contact Recon-Tactical directly to pay for insurance and make there request.
